The Lava Agni 2 5G is set to be released in India on May 16.
It will only be available on Amazon. The e-commerce site's landing page is
already up. While the business has yet to release all of the phone's
specifications, its whole design has been leaked online. A prominent tipster
teased the look of the Lava Agni 2 5G in a hands-on video but also provided
several more critical data, including storage options.
The forthcoming Lava Agni 2 5G is seen in a hands-on video
given by tipster Paras Guglani (Twitter @passionategeekz) to have a curved-edge
display with a punch-hole cutout at the top for the selfie camera. It looks to
include a quad rear camera arrangement and an LED flash at the back, all
placed in a spherical camera module. On the back panel, there appears to be
Lava and 5G branding. Furthermore, the Lava Agni 2 5G is expected to include
8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage.
Furthermore, the leaked video claims that the Lava Agni 2 5G
would come pre-installed with Android 13. It will also be equipped with a
MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC.
Meanwhile, further leaks and speculations have hinted at
additional information regarding the Lava Agni 2 5G. The smartphone will almost
certainly include a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image
stabilization (OIS). It might have a 6.5-inch HD+ AMOLED display with a
resolution of 1600 x 900 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It also includes a 5,000mAh battery with 44W rapid charging capability. Other rumored
features include a front-facing 16-megapixel camera for selfies and video
chats, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a USB Type-C connector for
networking.
The Lava Agni 2 5G will be the successor of the Lava Agni 5G, which was released in November 2021. The MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC powers the smartphone. It has a 6.78-inch full-HD+ display, a 64-megapixel main sensor, 8GB of RAM, and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast charging capabilities.
